Discover Your True Self

Discover Your True SelfDiscover Your True SelfDiscover Your True Self

We are all on a journey. It is called LIFE. Let's make it a great one!

Get Started

You are not broken. Everything you need is already inside you.

Sometimes life’s hurts and pain   cause us to lose access to who we truly are. Together, we lift what is heavy,   reconnect with what is whole, and find the clearer, freer version of you that   has always been there — waiting.

DISCOVER THE COMING HOME  INTENSIVES

MY PHILOSOPHY

Hurt people hurt people. Happy people make other people happy.

That is where everything begins for me. Not with a diagnosis. Not with a label. But with a simple, profound truth: you are not broken. You have everything you need already inside you. Life’s hurts and pain have caused it to be misplaced — but it is there. It has always been there. The moment we lift that hurt and pain — through fusion, through forgiveness, through letting go, through regulating the nervous system — we can approach ourselves and this world from a happier, clearer, freer place. And from that place, we become the conduit for love and peace for the people around us. Change happens gradually. I am not here to do the work for you. I am here to mirror back to you what you already know and already carry — to hold your hand as we walk this journey together, from step one to step a thousand, until we get to the other end.

“They are already working a hundred percent more to survive. Would they put that same effort toward a better living — they can be three hundred percent.”

My Principles

01 — You are not broken You are   someone whose strengths and energy have been pointed in the direction of   surviving rather than living. That same effort, redirected toward a better   life, can take you three hundred percent further.

02 — Life events are your teachers When we remove the hurt and pain surrounding a life experience through Fusion, that event no longer holds us back — it becomes information. It connects the dots. It becomes the step that lifts us to the next level, like a staircase unfolding in front of us, one integration at a time.

03 — Everything you need is already inside you The fact that you walked through my door tells me something important: you are strong enough. You are already here. You already carry everything you need to build the life you deserve.

04 — I meet you where you are I am not as much about diagnosing as I am about seeing the person in front of me. You are not a label or a condition. You are a whole human being on a journey — and I will always treat you that way.

05 — I will not give up on you I am kind, honest, and direct. I will be there from step one to step a thousand — through thick and thin, until we get to the other end. This is not just what I do. It is my calling. I am lucky enough to call my passion my work.

Licensed Independent Social Worker, Clinical Practice · Irmo, South Carolina

I am a licensed clinical social worker in private practice in Irmo, South Carolina, with deep specialization in trauma recovery, identity work, nervous system regulation, and private therapeutic intensives. My journey to this work is not a straight line — and I believe that is exactly what makes me a better clinician. I earned my psychology degree in Romania, where I worked as a psychologist in the Romanian Army. When I immigrated to the United States, my degree did not transfer. So I did what I have always done: I started over, rebuilt, and went back to school. I earned my degree in Clinical Social Work in the USA and built a private practice from the ground up. That experience — of rebuilding an identity and a career in a new country, in a new language, in a new system — gives me something that cannot be taught in a classroom. I know what it is to start from nothing and find your way. I know what it is to carry the weight of who you were while building who you are becoming. And I know what it takes to choose yourself, even when the path is uncertain. Because I have lived across two countries and two professional worlds, I bring an integrated, global worldview to my work. I am genuinely open to different cultures, backgrounds, and experiences. That openness is not a professional posture — it is who I am. Before clinical social work, I spent ten years as a special education teacher, including three years in the United States working with emotionally disabled students. I have deep expertise working with the autism spectrum and Asperger’s population, and extensive experience with IEPs and the special education system. I also carry years of experience in parenting support and child development, though my current practice serves teenagers through elderly adults. My clinical training includes Positive Psychotherapy (Peseschkian), Adlerian Psychotherapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), alongside my core specialization in Fusion, trauma recovery, and nervous system regulation. I am authentic. I am caring. I am honest and direct. I will not do the work for you — but I will walk every single step with you, without judgment, without giving up, from step one to step a thousand. This work is not what I do. It is who I am.

Counseling services

My therapeutic approaches are rooted in Adlerian Psychology, CBT, and Positive Psychotherapy. I firmly believe that we all have an amazing set of personal strengths, however, life circumstances can hinder our ability to see and use them in an adaptive manner. I’m here to guide you in your personal growth and to help you discover your real wonderful you.

Besides traditional therapy sessions I also offer Individual Intensives, providing a structured opportunity for focused, meaningful, and intentional one-on-one clinical work. Offered over 3 consecutive days, with up to 7 hours per day, this format allows for depth, continuity, and sustained therapeutic engagement that is often difficult to achieve within traditional weekly sessions.

Individual Intensives are designed for individuals seeking concentrated personal work—whether to address a specific concern, navigate a life transition, deepen insight, or make purposeful progress within a contained and supportive clinical setting. This approach offers dedicated time and space for thoughtful exploration, integration, and movement toward lasting change.
