A therapeutic intensive is not weekly therapy made more frequent. It is an entirely different kind of experience — consecutive days of focused, uninterrupted work where we follow the emotional and psychological threads all the way through. Nothing stops right when things start to shift. No fifty-minute boundary that cuts the work off right when something important begins to move. Real change requires real time — and that is exactly what this format provides. My intensives are built around a single, central truth: you are not broken. You are someone whose internal resources — your strength, your intelligence, your capacity for change — have been working against you rather than for you. The intensive creates the conditions for all of that to change.

You experience the world in depth and carry a rich inner landscape. You absorb the emotional atmosphere around you before anyone speaks. You sense what others carry. You have always known you were different — feeling things others seemed to miss, perceiving things others seemed not to register. And somewhere inside you, you know that this extraordinary sensitivity has been both your greatest gift and your greatest exhaustion. Coming Home was built specifically for you. Not a general intensive adapted for sensitive people — but a process designed from the ground up for how you are wired. For how you experience the world. For the specific challenges and the specific gifts of someone who carries what you carry. You leave knowing what is yours. You leave knowing how to stand in your own energy. You leave knowing how to use your depth of perception as the extraordinary gift it has always been — rather than surviving it as a burden.
• You take in the emotional atmosphere around you and sense what others carry — before anyone speaks
• You absorb the energy of relationships and environments in ways that leave you exhausted, even after time with people you love
• You struggle to tell the difference between your own emotions and what you have taken in from others
• You feel responsible for managing the emotional temperature of the people and spaces around you
• You second-guess your own knowing because you cannot always tell whether you are sensing something real or reacting from an old wound
• You have always worked hard — but it has been in the direction of surviving rather than living
• You are ready to stop surviving your sensitivity and start using it as the extraordinary gift it has always been

Grounding & Vision
We establish safety and begin mapping where you are across the four core areas of your life — Work, Relationships, Health and Nervous System, and Identity. We explore your sensitivity honestly as both gift and burden, and begin the integration process through Fusion. By the end of Day 1, something will already have shifted.
Deep Integration
The heart of the work. We go beneath the surface — working directly with the survival patterns that have been running your life, developing the ability to tell the difference between what is yours and what you have absorbed from others, building the three layers of boundaries, and finding your own grounded center of grav
Deep Integration
The heart of the work. We go beneath the surface — working directly with the survival patterns that have been running your life, developing the ability to tell the difference between what is yours and what you have absorbed from others, building the three layers of boundaries, and finding your own grounded center of gravity. Day 2 asks the most of you. It also gives the most back.

Alignment & Direction
We consolidate what has shifted, crystallize your vision across all four life domains, and name your gift — the version of your depth of perception that is activated rather than survived. You build your 30-day integration plan and leave with a genuinely different relationship with who you are.
Your personal Coming Home workbook with guided preparation questions that orient us to your specific experience before we begin.
A personal video message from Irina sent before your intensive begins — so you arrive knowing what to expect and feeling already seen.
Multiple fusion integration sessions across your intensive days — the core clinical work that brings scattered parts of yourself back into coherence.
Daily guided meditation to deepen integration and support nervous system regulation.
A complete Coming Home workbook with journaling sections, vision mapping, exercises, and your personal activation statement.
A concrete, structured plan you leave with — weekly themes and a daily practice to carry what shifted here into your actual daily life.
“They are already working a hundred percent more to survive. Would they put the same effort towards a better living — they can be three hundred percent.”
— M. Irina Cromer, LISW-CP

We begin with a complimentary 20-minute call to understand where you are, what you are carrying, and whether individual therapy or an intensive is the right next step for you right now.

For intensives: you receive your personal workbook and a pre-intensive preparation section — guided questions that orient us to your experience so we begin from clarity, not from scratch.

Whether in ongoing individual sessions or a private intensive, the work is real, relational, and structured. You set the pace. I hold the space steady. We go where we need to go.

Change does not end when the session does. Follow-up sessions, your 30-day plan, and your daily practice keep the work alive and deepening in your actual daily life.

Coming Home is offered as a private, 3-day intensive. The format that is right for you is determined together during your free intake consultation. All intensives are private pay. Payment plans are available.

5 Hours Per Day, $4,500 investment.
Beginning to see yourself clearly. There is a moment just before dawn when the world begins to come into focus. Not fully light yet — but the darkness is lifting. That is what these three days are for. Five focused hours each day. Three consecutive days of real work, real movement, and the beginning of something that will continue to unfold long after you leave. You do not have to be fully ready. You only have to be willing to let the light in.

7 Hours Per Day, $6,000 investment.
Nothing hidden. Nothing held back. When the sun is fully up, there are no shadows left to hide in. Everything is visible. Everything is clear. And from that clarity — real direction becomes possible. Seven hours each day across three consecutive days — following every thread as far as it needs to go, integrating what has been scattered, and emerging with a clarity about who you are and where you are going that you may not have felt in years. This is the complete experience. The deepest work. The longest days. And the most profound shift. You have been carrying this long enough. It is time to step into your own full light.

Schedule a free consultation to talk about where you are and what you are looking for. No pressure and no commitment — just a real conversation to see if working together makes sense. I am currently accepting new clients for private intensives. I look forward to hearing from you.
